Chances of getting into a competitive clinical forensic psychology MA program?

So I about 5 programs in mind. I have a 3.8 GPA and in my last year of my BA.

no research experience

2 years of related work experience

No volunteer experience

I'm not sure if I have a chance as of now. If I don't what could help my chances of getting in?
