Tinder girl

Sorry if this isn’t the place for this. I matched with this girl on tinder, not 100% sure if she’s genuine or fake yet, and we texted for a bit but she wants to do a phone call. I pushed it off a day because I don’t know how to go about this. It’s most likely a get in get out type situation I think based off of our kinda freaky texts. Do I do the call and just play it by ear or do I dip now? And if I do the call, it will prolly be a phone sex thing so what do I do there. I’ve only been on tinder for a couple days and I am new to this get in get out deal.
