Started watching yesterday, and finished it today. And I have a lot of talk about:

1. In EP12, >!What was the point of Amon taking Korra's bending if she will get it back? Okay, that for some reason made her connected with Aang, but that is Deus Ex imo!<. Imagine a version of the Avatar without >!bending !<That would have been an interesting concept for Korra.
2. I like how Mako is in a relationship with ASAMI and out of nowhere >!he leaves her for Korra. Like genuinely, who would leave the only braincell in the team?? !<
3. I was one of the people that despised Korra for a while from some clips. But after finishing Book 1, she is not THAT awful, yet she has a lot of questionable moments like >!stealing Mako from Asami. !<I'm hoping to see her being better characterized in next seasons.
4. Despite having a screentime shorter than Mako, Tenzin became one of my favorites in this season and how despite his age, he has somewhat similar personality of Aang in a lot of moments like how he called the Chief of Police a " bad man" like how Korra told him.
5. Baifong, I loved how they wrote her as a caring sister figure for Tenzin and an aunt figure for Korra. She acted like hating Tenzin JUST BECAUSE Pema got that baldy wisdom first.
6. Amon, despite >!dying at the end of the season alongside his Brother, Tarrlok!<, became of my favorite villains oat. He wanted equality and fairness for everyone, he just wanted to do it in the wrong way. He always protected >!his brother until their demise!< His fit is so majestic. His VA did THE JOB like damn I want to hear him again if possible.
7. Despite being only a flashback or "Visions", It's good to see >!The Gaang!< for short time.
8. I'm excited not only to see General Iroh II again, but also hearing Dante Basco again in upcoming seasons.
9. Asami's father, F that guy.

That's it for Book 1 and excited to watch Book 2.

Just finished Book 1 of Legend of Korra.......
