dvsa blocked mon 6am

i’m so annoyed because i’d been trying to get the website to load on my phone from half 5 but it was making me wait till 6 but then i tried the website on my laptop and it let me join the queue just for it to be my turn and for me to be blocked the dvsa.. has this happened to anyone else. i wasn’t blocked last night i had just refreshed the page to see if the queue would pop up on my phone☹️im so miffed coz i woke up for nothing.
