Does anyone know how the ordering process for ICF (Imaginary Creature Factory) works?

So I am interested in buying an inflatable from ICF, but don't know how their ordering process works and what payment method they accept. I also don't understand how their stock is managed, do you have to wait for a pre-order form to come out in order to buy, or do they have inventory on hand? thanks in advance!
