Help with game crashing

I got the game a couple weeks ago and put about 60 hours in it. Playing on PC, Steam, no mods, current version with Phantom Liberty. A few days ago, while playing the game froze and I had to hold the power button to shut off my PC, nothing else would respond. When I tried to boot it up again, it made it to the title screen and did the same thing, froze, and I had to manually shut it off. Sometimes it would black screen, sometimes I could make it to the main menu, or even id even be able to hit continue game before it would happen again. I have since tried: validating game files, clean reinstalling the game, deleting the user settings file, making sure my drivers are up to date, quickly dropping the settings to low for the few seconds I had in the menu, running compatibility tests, running as admin, but nothing. Thought it was an issue with my PC, but I can run other demanding games (Borderlands 4, Helldivers 2, Baldur's Gate 4) just fine. Thinking it could be a RAM shortage, as that's been my bottleneck as of late? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
