My 2nd Chemical Pregnancy

So essentially I’m just on here to help calm my brain. My first “chemical” was at 5 weeks. (To me. It’s a miscarriage and it still hurts every day) it was a little over a year ago. This month I got 4 faint positives from 12-15dpo. And then 16dpo (May 9th) I woke up with bleeding and a negative first response test. Now I thought it would be the same as my last chemical. That one was extremely painful and lots of blood (like heavier than my normal period). However this one it bled medium and then stopped. And then started again lighter. And then stopped. And then started spotting the next day (today now 17dpo).

What’s weird is that it literally is just spotting. Brown blood and that’s it. And last night my boobs hurt so bad they woke me up. And my favorite cereal tasted like cardboard this morning. And I was nauseous all day. So essentially because it’s the COMPLETE opposite of my first chemical. I’m worried that I might still be pregnant. Or maybe that’s just getting my hopes up. And so I’m here to for someone to tell me they had a similar experience in one of their miscarriages. I need someone to break my hopes down gently. Because google and articles are ruining my life.
