Best EMC and E1 Huohuo build for Evanescia

What would the best EMC build be for Evanescia? I heard Sacredos being tossed around but would that be better than Eagle (I have so many Eagle pieces as a DoT enjoyer).

Also, is a 164 speed Huohuo on Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder fine? Not sure about the planar ornaments so any advice there would be appreciated. And what about her LC?
