Confused, do I not get ratings/bonus/raise if I was hired last year?

Hey all,

Got brought onboard last year in Sept and maybe billed 14 hours in 2025? When I log into DPerf or whatever the HR Tools all I see is that I met expectations three times in small text box. There is nothing else. I've got a several snapshots this year but can't see anything inside of them? My Coach says she talked to one of my managers, said I was doing well and I've billed somthing like 500+ hours with good client feedback. I will admit one of the projects I was on was horrible, terribly organized, I hated it and did get some flak but in the end it was sucessful. That's just how I feel about it however my question is do I not see any of this until next year?

If it is, that seems wild that I can't see results. Why is it like that? And, do I even get a raise or a bonus this year?
