Violin issues

I need some professional comments,

I replaced my violin strings because they couldn't reach the necessary frequency (all 4 of the strings),

But after I changed it, it's still 100-150 hertz too low and that's for all of the strings..

I'm still looking for some answers to this, but if anyone has any idea why my strings are low I'd appreciate it!
