amex or jpmc?

Hi currently employed with jpmc. i have child with asd and as much as possible gusto ko sana mag wfh na lang. cant resign kasi alam niyo na inflation and yung cost ng therapy at tuition sa mga school with special needs is hindi naman mura.

is it okay na igive up si chase and accept offer ni amex? may 2 days wfh sila per week
