I’m just so tired

Been dealing with a stone for a while now, over a month but the pain has been the worst this past week. I’ve been in and out of work, no over the counter pain meds are working, heat barely helps and all my doctors want to do is more imaging. I don’t know how to get through to them that I’m unable to live my life right now :(
