iphone 16 not working anymore

I was using my phone as a flashlight while going to my basement, and I accidentally dropped it down the stairs. It worked for a little bit before:

-randomly turning off
-Getting stuck on the apple logo screen and the "no battery" screen
-losing touch screen abilities
-displaying wrong battery numbers
-really bad service/wifi

Is there a way to fix this or am I fucked? I've tried charging it, I've shut it down 3 times, and I let it charge for a whole night, and I've cleaned the charging port.
