Bangalore online dating is worse

Hi, im 25M. Whenever I try online dating, I get likes, and then I find out they liked because i am a HR at Prestige, like is the job market that bad? I mean how am I gonna accept someone on a dating app, without references, and a resume. So, anyway I lost all hope, in bangalore atm, whaddya all think?
