Question about types of earrings

Hello I was wondering if there is a kind of earring that can be like a vine going from the top of the ear to the bottom like through one or two holes like it snakes in and out through the ear not like a bar idk if this makes much sense but it’s an idea of a earring I’d like but idk if it’s real or possible
