Dating Apps actually reduced my lust!

So in the last three months my nofap journey has been on again off again kind of, I was able to hold it for AT MAX 10 DAYS. Then some ass fucker used to ruin it or either I used to get distracted, cause of the lust that was getting built up. But recently enough when I had the lust again, I did something very different, I just went to Hinge to check the profiles and in a few minutes all that lust was gone! Maybe it's because, those girls I saw were mid, below average to my liking or either too successful in their life, that they instead motivated me to go get something in my life.

Not sure if this is usual and has happened to others but something really strange., And now it has kinda become my goto whenever I get back those feelings again, like I'm not watching porn tho, but does this count as something in the NoFap journey? 🤷
