Selling 4x M89 round of 16 Philly tickets (CAT1 or 3)

Long story short, both my partner and I had the exact same idea of getting tickets to M89 as a surprise gift. I got four CAT3 tickets a while ago from stubhub reseller (I have the tickets in my FIFA account). And my partner recently got four CAT1 tickets through LMS I think. Now we need to sell four. The CAT1 tickets are amazing seats in 117, next to the “front CAT1” section, I’m inclined to keeping those but can be convinced. CAT3 tickets are in section 216, also good seats. Selling near face value (what I brought from reseller).

CAT3 - 900 each
CAT1 - 1300 each
