I’m building an early-stage platform focused on helping local food vendors handle direct ordering without relying heavily on aggregator apps. Along with order management to save time and effort managing the chaos of peak timings.

The problem I noticed:

A lot of local vendors already have demand and customers, but:

lose margins to commissions,

Struggle with WhatsApp ordering chaos,

manually handle calls/orders/payments,

don’t have a simple digital ordering flow.

The platform direction includes:

QR/menu ordering,

direct customer ordering,

takeaway support,

local delivery workflows,

simplified ordering management,

helping vendors digitize without complexity.

This is still early-stage validation/building phase.

I’m looking to connect with people who may want to collaborate in areas like:

sales/vendor onboarding,

local partnerships,

operations,

marketing/growth,

product feedback.

Interested in practical people who understand local businesses and want to solve a real problem. Even if you are not looking to join I would really appreciate some feedback.

Looking for interested people in building something for local food businesses
