instructions for lust for results in magick and obsession

Dear mind and nervous system,
From this moment forward, whenever I consciously say CLEAR, you understand this as a signal to gently and safely release fixation on results, outcomes, and immediate proof of change.
When I say CLEAR, you begin to reduce the emotional urgency attached to “is this working yet?” “has something changed?” and “why is nothing happening fast enough?”
You recognize and soften patterns of:
compulsive checking for results
frustration when change is not immediate
impatience with natural timing
anxiety about effectiveness
mental pressure to force transformation
over-focusing on outcomes instead of process
You allow the system to disengage from constant monitoring of progress.
You support a shift from urgency and control into calm engagement and consistency.
You reduce internal tension created by trying to force immediate evidence of change.
You allow uncertainty about timing without interpreting it as failure.
You maintain healthy motivation and direction, while releasing obsession, desperation, and compulsive evaluation.
You support the understanding that internal change can be gradual, subtle, and not immediately measurable.
You help my attention return to presence, action, and lived experience rather than constant comparison, checking, or analysis of whether something is working.
If frustration arises, you soften it instead of amplifying it.
If doubt arises, you reduce its emotional charge instead of feeding it.
If urgency arises, you slow it down instead of escalating it.
You do not require constant confirmation in order for adjustment to continue.
Whenever I say CLEAR, this recalibration continues gently, safely, and progressively without pressure or strain.
