AgentDVR stuck in zoom

I had to reset my outdoor camera. I finally got it set up so AgentDVR accessed it But I only see a portion of the picture, it seems to be zoomed in by a fair amount. My camera has no zoom, so it must be software zoom. I have not been able to find where the zoom setting is. Please help.
