(19F) Getting more comfortable with my roommates bf

So I share a studio apartment with my roomate and she has her bf over a lot. At first I was kind of squeamish about him being over and I would make sure I was always fully clothed in front of him, like if he was over I would go to the bathroom to change, always bring a full set of clothes if I was showering. As time went on though I decided if wasn't that big of a deal, like he would see me in a towel sometimes if I just got out of the shower or in my underwear when I was changing. I've caught him staring a few times but like it was not a big deal at all. Today though I was like fuck it, I had gone out the night before and and stayed at a guys house that night, I was getting home in the morning and just wanted to put on something comfy and crash... when I walked in he was there, my roomate was in the shower, so I asked him to unzip the back of my dress for me, then I turned and faced him, unhooked my bra and let it slide off my shoulders, slid my panties down around my ankles, stopped and stretched for a bit and then put on some comfy clothes and crawled into bed. He didn't say anything but his eyes were locked on me the whole time...
