Why are there so many Tesla cars in the market with salvage title?

Exploring to buy an electric car and debating between Tesla and other cars (like Hyundai IONIQ5). Even though I am thinking about buying a new car was exploring pre-owned EVs in the FB marketplace.

Noticed there are a ton of Teslas for sale with salvage title. After researching for sometime realized its because of the way Teslas are getting built using gigacastings. Also, a simple fender bender needs a camera and sensor recalibration which could cost a lot.

I understand all EVs also get salvage titles mainly because of any damage around batteries. But, my understanding is Tesla has more possibilities of getting salvage titles than others. Am I correct?

Now I am wondering if I should look at other EVs which are easier to repair. Any suggestions?
