Has there been a change to the Attack Speed Caps?

Playing Zealadin on PS5. Cant seem to get my attack aspeed above 100%. I've consulted Maxroll and according to it's builder tool and what I'm seeing on my stat page in game, there is only one attack speed cap maxed at 100%. Effects like Aspect of Acceleration are in the same cap as stats from gear and paragons.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with attack speed since LoH?
