Looking for a Top and Active League

As the title says, I'm looking for a new league. I've got 10 stars in VSA, 27 in H2H and 10 in MM. 123 OVR without any badges. The main reason I wanna leave my league is because for some unknown reason, they've stopped playing tournaments. I want a league that has active members, plays daily tournaments and gets into like top 3 of the weekly leaderboard. Maybe stands in like 4k worldwide? Please DM if you require any more details
