Florida LPN license question

Hello all, first things out of the way

1. Due to life circumstances I am unable to avoid moving right now.

2. I am planning to call the FL BON but Friday I was put on hold for 1.5 hours and the bot man was no help.

I am from OK and was set to graduate with my BSN this month before moving to FL but recently found out I need to retake critical care. The Dean of my nursing program said if it's allowed she will send my transcripts so I can take the NCLEX-PN in FL and retake my class remotely then get my BSN in Dec. I saw online that FL does allow RN students to take the NCLEX-PN while in school but does anyone know if it makes a difference if you're going to school out of state?

I appreciate any help on this before I call them and finish my schools "retake contract"
