Need help with harassment from Landlord

Need help in what direction to go . located in California . I moved into a place March 1st with 2 roommates . The landlord when I moved in seemed cool in his 60s said I can have guests etc no rules aslong the house is kept clean and respected . He’s turned out to have like OCD or something getting upset and threatening to kick me out id say 9-10 times over things like leaving shower curtain open instead of closed or a small receipt paper in front of my door absurd things and threatens to kick me out since I moved in two months ago. About 1-2 times a week . He’s cussed at me . and Today I had a guest over a couple hours in my room as well . He didn’t even see my guest and when I have guests he would only see them if he’s outside when I walk them out or when I open for them to come in and we are in my room only we aren’t out around the house . When my guest left today soon after he knocked on my door upset said I was trying to sneak them out behind his back which I went through my front door and he said if I bring anyone again he’ll call the cops to arrest them for trespassing and evict me and cussed etc I do know if cops were called they wouldn’t actually but it’s very rude and I feel harrasssed constantly and not at peace in my place I pay rent for and he seems to watch my every move always keeping an eye on me. 60+ year old man and he doesn’t work stay at home and plays Roblox all day has no wife kids etc . He also doesn’t give my other roommate trouble and she has brought guests over as well. My lease is a month to month he’s the landlord but his sister owns the house and he’s living here in it . His sister does not live here nor do I have contact with her I give a check in her name to him for rent . The lease doesn’t state anything about guests etc or any rules . I want to move out but can’t due to me having a house arrest for 30 days coming up for a dui I got a year
Ago. What can I do … I hate living like this . Can I take any legal action or anything I can do for him to stop harassing me . I want to move but I can’t or it would affect my house arrest application
I have 9-10 Seperate times he’s threatened to kick me out with dates and summary of what happened written down for records.
