Does anyone here who has vestibular papillomatosis? {Vestibular papillomatosis is a normal, harmless variation of the vulva. It appears as small, soft, smooth, finger-like or tiny bump-like projections on the inner labia or around the vaginal opening (the vestibule)}

Is yours symmetrical or more noticeable on one side?
How did you feel emotionally when you first noticed it, and did it affect your confidence or intimacy with a partner?
For those who have it, has it stayed the same over time, and what advice would you give to someone who’s still anxious and overthinking about it?
