easier to get legs out of cracked eggs than any other😭

how is it that I've hatched 3 alicorns from cracked eggs but none from a pet or royal egg. I've hatched legs from crystal eggs but it's just funny when it's supposed to be the worst egg or maybe I just have good luck. 2 were on my main and one was on an alt.
