What is the starting process like to begin. Interview and training

I want to start working for DSP I currently have a job and I know in most jobs you have to give your 2 weeks notice to quit. So let's say I apply today (Sunday) more a less how long would it take for them to get back to me. Once they schedule an interview, when would they begin the training. Also isn't the training like 3-4 days? On top of all that, where does my two weeks fit into all this. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, but I want to move to DC. So I'd have to buy plane tickets and an airbnb. Please help me figure this out. Much appreciated!
