Can I carry pepper spray in WA if I am facing MIP and obstruction charges?

LOCATION: Washington

So I was arrested a few days ago and was charged with:

Minor in Possession (RCW 66.44.270.3A)

Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer (RCW 9A.76.020)

It was a dumb mistake and I regret it but I want to know if it is still legal and safe for me to carry pepper spray?

Being a 19yo woman I feel safer with it but fear if I use it, it could hurt my case if the guy I use it on claims it wasn't self defense...
