Bench Time

I’m currently working at Deloitte and I’ve been on bench for around 23 days now. This is my first time experiencing a longer bench period, so I wanted to understand how common this is and whether I should be worried. I’ve been regularly applying to internal project openings, connecting with managers, and trying to upskill during this time, but I still haven’t been allocated to a project yet. For people who have gone through a similar situation at Deloitte India: How long were you on bench? Is 23 days considered normal? What helped you get into a project faster? Should I proactively reach out to more managers or resource managers? I would really appreciate any guidance, experiences, or suggestions from the community.
