More than half of my family is in pain as well, unsure if it is related or not. i am fourteen, female, i am unable to remember my weight but i believe i am at the point of being underweight and at a healthy weight, my height is 5’1 to 5’2.

we are a military family currently in germany. both my parents are experiencing pain in which they are stuck to their beds and it hurts for them to breathe. my two younger brothers are not going to school as they are sick and coughing, but they are able to get up and move around without any struggle. for the past week i had a weakness in both my hands to my wrists, but more prominent in my right hand. i also felt a bit dizzy and unable to focus at school. it ended up in me being picked up. a few days later, which is today, that pain has upgraded to what feels like growing pain. its still a lot worse in my right hand, but i still feel pain in many more points. i can specifically feel this throbbing at each part of my fingers, where my hand connects to my wrist, and it just hurts everywhere in my right hand. i have this same pain near my elbows and back. i also have short sharp pains around my legs, but i believe thats unrelated. it hurts to move and carry heavy items or just do anything that uses effort. i cannot yawn or take normal breaths without this pain i cant describe in my chest and maybe throat.

its hard to discern whether any pain i feel is concerning or not, as im genuinely very unhealthy and weak. i dont eat healthy, i dont shower or brush daily. i dont eat food except at dinner, its just snacks like crackers and chips all day. i dont take care of myself, i dont exercise, and theres a number of vitamins im low on. i have adhd and autism and i take fluoxetine and methylphenidate (it says concerta on the bottle).

here are some changes ive noticed:  
normally, anytime i get up too fast after sitting or laying down i get lightheaded, lose my vision, and fall to the floor. now, anytime i crouch and get up, or just make too much motion, i become lightheaded and wobbly.  
i am naturally a very shaky person. i am always trembling, especially my legs whenever sitting down. but i am trembling a lot now more than ever.  
i have a high pain tolerance and threshold, and its because of that i think this is more severe since i actually started crying when this pain got bad.
