Player Owned House Suggestions: Add Borders, Remove Walls

Keeping it short and simple.

• Add Borders: Let us add a border to our house so there's a bit more varied environment beyond the 7x7 (or however large) room grid we have; i.e., a wrought iron fence for Morytania house, a snow drift for the Christmas house, a polished stone wall for the Fancy house, etc., to make it feel a little less like our house is sitting in the middle of an empty void.
• Remove Walls: If a room has a door connection to an adjacent room that doesn't have built wall decorations, let us remove the wall between the rooms. OSRS has some neat rooms but having every room need to fit the square time it's placed in feels kind of boring, so being able to make long (or loooooooong) rooms would be neat.
