Did something happen to matchmaking recently?

The matchmaking has been messed up for a while, stomps one way or another for the most part. But recently, they have all been completely against me. Almost every single game I’ve had at least 3 people on my team completely feed. I just played a game where my lane partner didn’t even hit 9k damage in the entire match. On infernus. With only 1 dispel magic on the whole enemy team. I’m still shocked that that’s even possible. If it was a game here and there I’d get it, but every game is like this and the shit players are always on my team. Something must’ve changed recently, cuz only four days ago I was winning almost every game. My rank is also not moving down at all. When I was winning I’d rank up every 3 games usually, but I just lost 12 out of my last 14 games and only ranked down once. I’m basically stuck in purgatory. Is this something that anyone else is experiencing? It’s becoming a genuine chore trying to carry these games, if nothing changes soon I’ll probably just quit
