Acne

I am struggling with managing my inflammation so the lots of assorted symptoms but of of the big ones is acne. Has anyone found anything that helps w it h this? I already use azelaic acid and red light. Tried Tret but my skin was too sensitive. My dr has suggested antibiotics but my gut is already so messy I don’t know if it’s a good idea. Any suggestions welcome x
