how do i cleanse my land of spirits

I live in the southern tail of appalachia, and i was wondering good ways to purify my land!

for context, i am a teenage dude with not a lot fo experience in the supernatural, and my parents just recently purchased a cheap house in the area i grew up in. but ive been really worried about all the ghost stuff, because my momma talks about ghosts in the house all the time (if it helps she is mentally ill) and i sometimes see things in the forest by my home, so any tips?
