Is BCA/BS in data science from a top tier college better than BTECH from a tier 3-4 private uni considered better in 2026.

According to some of my research the placements for bsc in data science/AIML have gone really high from the last year and also companies like Google/META also have started looking for more skill driven people than people with degree.

I have to choose a college this year so i am a bit confused
