Advise on buying global ETFs

- MIRAE ASSET S&P 500 top 50 ETFs

- MOTILAL OSWAL NASDAQ 100 ETF

should I buy these two ETFs or should I look for downloading some app which allows global markets like INDMONEY

Can you advise me on the same?

If I apply in these ETFs will i get USD to INR benefit which is happening?
