Water Park Attire

Hello, I’m a first year educational interpreter and we have a field trip to a water park. I have a black modest swim top and I’ll either wear Jean shorts or something like basketball shorts(black) because I want to be school appropriate but also be available for Interpreting. But since it’s a water park and I’ll be essentially be following around I’m probably gonna end up getting wet. Do you guys think that’s an appropriate outfit choice?
