Possible Affix Change: Rings and % Chance Vulnerability Application

Since the DLC dropped, I have not found or been able to roll % Chance to Apply Vulnerability on any ring. Was the affix removed and I just missed it in the patch notes?

Warlock focusing on Demonology skills/damage and getting good vuln app is kind of a pain atm. Thanks in advance for any wisdom offered.
