Supply drop after illness?

Both me and my 6 month old have just gotten over a 4/5 day long bug where I wasn’t eating much and he wasn’t feeding as much either, now we’re better I think my supply has dropped a bit. Baby is very fussy and my boobs are noticeably softer than they used to be. Will my supply pick up now we’re back to normal? Is there anything I should do to help it?
