What do I wear for my Prototype cosplay?

Hi guys!

So I've been wanting to make a prototype cosplay for a whileeee but I had an question..

I'm making a prototype half mask but it only covers my face, do I wear a wig, my natural hair, a hood or a hat?? My natural hair is pretty short brown hair!

Another question,, what do I wear as in an outfit since.... He is a robot and he's bald.. does anyone have any outfit suggestions that give major prototype vibes or something he'd wear??
