Best menstrual products for Chronic BV??

So I have reoccurring BV and am actively trying to seek testing for ureaplasma. Which is a whole other story. But in the meantime I’m trying to do everything I can to minimize my risk of getting BV over and over again or at least not exasperating my repeated infections…. And so I’m wondering which menstrual product is best for anyone that’s struggled with chronic BV I wanna know your thoughts!!! I read online that a menstrual disc is best because it keeps blood from sitting up against your vaginal walls like tampons do or from marinating at the entrance like with pads. But I don’t know how true that is so I want to hear from actual women that have dealt with this and not just a single article I found online. So please please let me know what product worked best for you and minimized risk as much as possible. Of course I know this isn’t a cure but anything helps because it all adds up! Thank you!
