Teemo Jungle R Build Help (Low damage with best items?)

Anyone maining jungle teemo prioritizing bomb build?

I've had success recently and I'm happy with the win rate, but I feel as though my build is weak. I'm currently going:

Red Smite

Runes:

Dark harvest

Cheap Shot

Grisly Mementos

Ultimate Hunter

Absolute Focus

Gathering Storm

Items:

Malignance

Liandry's Torment

Shadow Flame

Void Staff

Rabadon's Deathcap
