Wrong name

For the last few days all my chats get my OCs name wrong 😭 I use the same name for all chats, which is a real word but written slightly different. And now it started using the normal existing word for my name. It never done this before and happens in all chats no matter how often I edit and correct the messages and it’s slowly getting on my nerves 🥲 is this happening to someone else?
