Starting off

Been trying to get started in the industry (buisness) having a little trouble just getting my foot in the door specifically with venues. I do really well with talent and have developed strong relationships with many bands but most don’t want to take someone in with little experience. How do I connect with venues better to get a foot in the door. I live in Kentucky and we have some great venues that I frequent just want to know how best to start. I am willing to do free apprenticeship work with lights and sound that hopefully leads to more
