Dreams are just a showreel of the most dominant emotion you have been feeling
I cracked what dreams actually mean. There are no hidden messages or anything. Basically, a dream is created by your brain using different images/scenes together to produce the same emotion in sleep which you have been feeling throughout the day or since a few days. For example, if you feel like you are carrying a secret and have to hide your true emotions from other people, you might get a dream where you are being chased and you are running all over the city. If you have a fear of losing something and are tightly holding on to it, you might dream about all your teeth falling out. Basically, focus on the end feeling the dream produced, the visuals don’t matter, they are just selected by the brain to create a reel which produces the emotion which you have most intensely or most consistently been feeling lately. If you understand this, then dreams can act as a great tool to keep your emotions in check or to identify the most problematic areas of your life and work on it. Open to hearing opinions on this.
