Thoughts on hiatus + could Wild be a subunit era?

Hear me out, I feel like there’s a lot of pieces to this situation especially with the hiatus. I feel like management is the problem, Pinky Up maybe dropped us Easter eggs, her bio + her Pinky Up outfit matching, each member getting some solo activities, etc. I feel like it’s a bit early for straight solo tracks so subunits would be perfect.
What if Pinky Up is the lead single, Wild is the full group title track, and 3 tracks are 2 members units? I think of the Pinky Up MV chorus and if this was the case I think they more or less; told us who’s paired with who. Manon + Dani, Lara + Sophia, and lastly Megan + Yoonchae. Based on their chemistry it would work perfectly besides the last one. We have the chaotic duo, the vocal duo, but the last one would appeal to the Korean audience. Tbh it feels like Megan is next on their hit list, but she would be the support Yoonchae needs.
For a second I thought Manon was going to leave, but I don’t think so anymore. Something concrete would have dropped by now. When it comes to management, that’s 100% the issue. The same woman that said “I would not put her in this group” should NOT be allowed to manage her. Period. She needs to go or they need to bring more in management and keep her at the bottom.
Once again I don’t think most of the group is ready for solos minus Lara and Sophia. I would also like to mention a silver lining in this whole… mess. Sophia has really developed as a leader. Ngl since the start I was like “Why is this girl the leader? She’s not doing much. She just got first place.” Now that’s changed she’s been the one speaking and VERY CLEARLY trying to keep everybody stable. I’ve got eyes on her now.
Lastly, I don’t think Katseye is or was ever an experiment for their upcoming GG. I think developing Katseye has and will be their main priority. If they have been so far is up for you to decide. I think they will shift focus when the new GG debuts, but for a moment. Kateye have an established fanbase that’s strong and is a force to reckoned with.
There’s a lot of issues that NEED to be resolved, but this whole thing feels planned at this point. They want the comeback big and I can’t deny they are doing that so far with all the noise. This entire role out actually feels WILD.

Edit; If the subunit theory is actually a thing I feel like these would be the themes:

Manon + Dani - I feel they would give us a pop base with sprinkles of hip hop and R&B. It would be the mild BPM Katseye really doesn’t have.

Lara + Sophia - We all know it would be a vocally crazy ballad. They both would have no issue putting energy into it to keep the how WILD concept. They would us a lower BPM like Means Girls.

Megan + Yoonchae - I think this is the oddest pair you can make of the entire group, but Megan is the all rounder. I think Yoonchae would be the second imo. Megan would really strength that. I could see a fast BPM and cute, but crazier version of Touch.
