Would God still want us to marry someone we’ve sexually sinned with?

Honesty is welcome but please no rude comments. We are really in love and we plan on getting married and moving in together, it’s just a matter of having the money for a ring at this point. We’ve fallen into sexual sin together before making it to the altar and I’ve always seen/heard people saying that the person God wants us to be with won’t have us fall into this so it’s been on my mind and makes me feel anxious/guilty. I don’t want anyone else and I don’t want to start over at any point. At the end of the day it’s his will over ours.
