Got a C in Ochem

Trying to apply to a state school where average MCAT is 509 and average GPA is 3.76. I was hovering around a 3.7 before this but got a C in ochem and now have a 3.62 gpa. I think I can realistically get it to a 3.72 with a 3.6 science GPA, which is only slightly lower than average. Am I screwed because of the C? If not, what is the lowest MCAT score that makes me a shoo in for med school (assuming my interview and extracirriculars go well).
